Summary
In order to fulfill the high demand of java long pepper, we will improve both productivity and quality of the long pepper through implementing IT BBM (Innovation Technology of Microbial Based Cultivation). We propose to set up a post-harvest factory with a capacity of 1000 ton per month in 550 ha organic long pepper plantation. The total investment needed is US$21.610.108.
